Nua is dedicated to ensuring a swift and efficient delivery process, employing expedited shipping methods to guarantee the arrival of your order within the same day and up to 3 business days (except on seasons which can reach up to 7 days). Our team diligently processes orders within 24 hours of confirmation, from Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. Upon dispatch, you will be sent a Shipment Confirmation, inclusive of tracking details, to monitor the progress of your order.
Shipping Fees Structure
Nua offers bespoke shipping rates, tailored to the specific requirements of each order, including the destination and the scale of the purchase. To ascertain the precise shipping costs, we invite you to place your selected items in the cart and specify the delivery address. The final shipping fee will be clearly presented at the point of checkout.
Change of Delivery Address
Should you need to change your delivery address, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance by contacting us through the same email used for order placement, allowing us to update and redirect your shipment efficiently.
